Sara Paul teaches yoga in the Spey Valley in quality community facilities from Aviemore to Grantown-on-Spey. ‘Drop in’ classes (no booking required) and private sessions.

Using knowledge and skills acquired through years of teaching within the health related fitness industry, both as a class instructor and as an industry tutor, my approach is to offer client-centred sessions that focus on a mental connection with balance, strength and flexibility.

Sara continues to develop herself along her yoga journey and gives thanks to all the teachers who have influenced and continue to influence her progress.
