Strength and Soul

Strength and Soul is a husband and wife team. Our goal is to create balance through a combination of KCR, Yoga, sport and Nutrition. We aim to create strength in the body and mind, prevent injury, reduce pain and improve physical ability.

Kev and Jo are very similar in many ways but opposite in others. Both have a passion for health and fitness, Kev in contact sports and strength training and Jo in healthy lifestyle and yoga.
strength and soul seemed like an ideal name for our venture with one of us being outwardly big and seemingly strong and the other with feeling, a warm energy, vitality and spirit.
The name goes deeper than that however, we have strength together, strength in numbers. A strong relationship and strong characters.

There are many words associated with the word soul; inspiration, emotion, passion, animation, enthusiasm, commitment, being just a few that could be used to describe us both as individuals and together.

Strength and Soul, so different yet linked in so many ways. Like us, like our relationship and like our business.
