About Zen Jen’s Yoga
Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 7pm -8 pm
I teach a flowing style of yoga with lots of gentle movement, focus on the breath and a beautiful relaxation at the end. My aim is to help you balance mind with body, strength with flexibility and breath with movement in a mindful way. This class is designed to relieve stress
Suitable for beginners and intermediates this is a friendly class in a relaxed atmosphere
Expect to feel uplifted!

I really enjoyed this class, the teacher was friendly and encouraging, some moves quite challenging but I felt so relaxed at the end and about two inches taller! Will def book again
Have been coming to Jen’s yoga class for a few years now. Her classes are excellent, a good combination of flexibility and strengthening… I have certainly found an improvement in my hip flexibility since starting yoga. There is always a relaxation session at the end which is lovely…
Great teacher,creating amazing space for yoga practice, all relaxing but with some challenging poses as well.And amazing yoga nidra to finish,highly recommended and just looking to book again:)

Jen is an excellent teacher & her classes are fantastic. I have been attending Jen’s class for a few years & my overall flexibility & movement has greatly improved. I would recommend Jen’s class for anyone who is thinking about trying Yoga.
