Chloe's classes involve a light hearted approachÂ and areÂ made up of a combination ofÂ flowing sequences of postures designed to build stamina andÂ flexibility, and static poses that focus on anatomical alignment of the body which aim toÂ buildÂ strength and body awareness.
Breathing techniquesÂ work in combination with the physical posturesÂ and the class ends with a period ofÂ relaxation and meditation.
The classesÂ aimÂ to provide something for everyone regardless of age, fitness, experience or personal preference and are what we callÂ mixed level- so suitable for complete beginners to those more experienced studentsÂ by offering adjustments and options to either tone down a posture or take it to the next level. EveryoneÂ is encouraged to work to their own ability and limits.
