HEAL Holistic was born out of a commitment to living a healthier and happier lifestyle. I understand that life can be busy and consuming and that it’s easy to find yourself feeling as though you’re constantly managing demands, expectations and pressures, perhaps not connecting with who you really are or living life in the way you really want to live it.
My name is Nicki and I founded HEAL Holistic following my passion for and dedication to holistic wellbeing, and a commitment to myself to live a more mindful life. It wasn’t always this way...having lost my way and ending up a ‘high flying’ corporate, but with no real sense of satisfaction or happiness, and feeling constantly tired, stressed and generally unwell, a series of life events caused me to reassess and make major changes.
Building on an academic background in sociology, psychology and psychotherapy, along with more than 15 years of study and research into wellbeing, the different cultural approaches to wellness and happiness and studying and practicing Reiki, mindfulness, yoga and plant based nutrition, I and my little team of carefully chosen holistic healers, teachers and therapists, would like to share our knowledge, gifts and experience with you.
We hope to inspire and support you with finding balance in your daily life. By taking a breath, making space for healing and wellness and welcoming a more mindful way of living, we can help you find a greater sense of inner calm and the space to be the healthiest and happiest version of you.
I also hold a BA Hons in Children & Young People and I am a Yoga Alliance accredited and qualified Children & Young People's Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher. With the increasing stress and strain our young people face and anxiety and depression at worrying levels for children, I hope to be able to provide a safe space and some time out, as well as coping mechanisms and tools for times of stress and worry, both now and in the future.

Whether you’re already on your happiness and wellness journey or you’re looking for inspiration, motivation or support, we run beautiful holistic wellbeing private and group classes and retreats, with like minded people and amazing healers and therapists. We also provide 1-1 therapies including reiki healing, healing massage, guided mindfulness & meditation, and wellbeing and mindful living coaching, in the most beautiful and tranquil setting; as well as offering general wellbeing advice and lifestyle tips, to support you on your own personal health and happiness journey.
I am insured and qualified to practice in all of the modalities that I practice and I hold a full DBS security clearance. Over 80% of my clients are from repeat business and referrals.
