One to One sessions are available throughout Leicestershire. Each session is designed to meet individual requirements, either within your home, or elsewhere.

Rachel also specialises in yoga for menopause and is a trained pelvic floor coach.

Currently group classes are online only.

Rachel regularly teaches within schools, colleges, universities and sports centres, working with people from all walks of life, from business to sports people, children and adults.

Rachel is a senior Sun Power Yoga teacher and has a wealth of teaching experience with all fitness levels and age ranges.

In addition Rachel works as a L3 Assessor and trainer for Yoga Teachers.

Relaxing Thai Yoga Massage is also available.
