My name is Grace Bowker and I am a Senior Yoga Alliance Teacher, fully insured, with over 14 years teaching experience. I am also an experienced body worker specialising in Therapeutic Massage. You can read more about me here.

I discovered the powerful effects of yoga and bodywork through my own quest for peace and wellness. After many years of personal practice and training I am now able to offer these gifts to others. Whether you are looking for a way to bring balance, health and happiness into your life, or simply want to some self care, a yoga class, workshop or massage treatment is the perfect way.

I teach regular weekly yoga classes and also offer workshop and retreats. I am the founder of Lincoln’s only yoga and holistic health centre, www.centrewellness.uk

Within a yoga class my aim is to give all my students the confidence, knowledge and inner awareness to gain the amazing benefits of yoga and make it available to everyone.Each class gives instruction on breath, movement, and alignment building into variations of sun salutations and standing poses, sequencing postures into a flowing dance (vinyasa). Breath and movement are synchronized in a vinyasa flow to build energy, stimulate the mind and revitalize the body.There will also be a mixture of floor poses, bends, inversions and deep relaxation inviting fluid movements of the spine and general well being of the body.    A perfect way to begin your day centred and energised or end your day to ease away all your stress and tension.

I teach regular classes, from beginners through to open level, restorative yoga workshops and continuing professional development courses and retreats days and weekends.

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or shape. It is non-competitive, self-paced, and sensitive to your body’s needs
