Yoga Sports Science is a practice that is designed around each person individually and to fit their specific needs. The main focus of Yoga Sports Science is to work with athletes to build on their training and work on specific areas to improve their performance. Personally I feel that these techniques are beneficial for everyone, not just athletes. By working on specific areas where people feel weaker, we can build a strong and stable basis for sports, fitness and everyday life. Whether this weakness be an injury, recovery from a disease or overall fitness all areas can be accessed and managed with a specific yoga sequencing. Both classes and one-to-one available throughout the county.
