I qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 teacher in 2014 following 3 years of part time study and 12 years of practice in the Satyananda tradition. My weekly classes offer a gentle introduction to all aspects of yoga - posture, anatomy, breath work, energy centres, relaxation, meditation, history and philosophy. They are suitable for all to attend from beginner to seasoned practitioner with the emphasis on taking what is right for each student at that time - focusing on a seamless progression where there are no big steps but every session enjoyed with ease, comfort and a smile!

I offer classes on a termly basis (6 weeks) with fees paid at the first class. I am flexible, where space is available, for students to take an alternative class if they cannot make their own.
Each term I offer a Weekend Workshop which goes a little deeper into a particular subject or aspect of yoga so that existing and new students can learn more. These workshops include a home practice guide with instructions to help students establish their own practice.
