Yoga classes for men and women of any age and body size. The classes are designed for beginners and intermediates level of fitness.
I am a qualified and fully insured Yoga Teacher (BSY). I am registered with the Independent Yoga Network (IYN).
I am also a fully qualified Reflexologist (MAR) and Massage Therapist (ITEC)

Here is a list of my Yoga classes :
Monday morning 9.00 to 10.00 in Briston
Monday mornings 11.00 to 12.00 online (Zoom)
Tuesday evening 6.00 to 7.15 online (Zoom)
Friday morning 9.15 to 10.30 in Fakenham
Saturday morning 8.45 to 9.45 in Bawdeswell
Reflexology and massage treatment available, please contact me to make an appointment. Special discount for anyone who attend the Yoga class.

Pregnancy Yoga on a one to one basis - please check my website and feel free to contact me for more details.

Yoga with Cecile on Friday mornings is both invigorating and relaxing and is held in a lovely rural location. Cecile is a great tutor who teaches yoga with patience and charm.
If I were to be offered a very grand outing on Tuesday evenings I wouldn’t choose that over my Yoga class with Cecile! Wouldn’t miss it for anything.
