This class will aim to help you improve your core strength and flexibility whilst helping your muscles relax and recover from regular exercise. Perfect for those already doing sport or training. This will be an early morning class and last 45 mins. No need to pre-book, just turn up. Bring your mat if you have one, I have spares if you don’t. And bring an extra layer of clothing or blanket for the relaxation part at the end in case you need it. Classes £5.
