About Yoga with Pauline around Wymondham
British Wheel of Yoga NVQ Level 4 Diploma qualified tutor, my classes are friendly and fun. I have been practising yoga since 1997 .

- Tuesday 11:20am-12:30 New from 9/1/2024 beginner to intermediate at United Reformed Church.
- Tuesday 6-7:15 pm Thorpe Hall - Village Hall, Muskett Road, Ashwellthorpe NR16 1FD
- Chair based exercise with Yoga:
- Tuesdays 10-11am United Reformed Church, Fairland Hill, NR18 0AW.
A small group suitable for older adults and those recovering from injury. Improves co-ordination, strength, flexibility and ability to stand.
