I have been enjoying practising yoga since 1997. British Wheel of Yoga NVQ Level 4 Diploma qualified tutor. My classes are friendly and fun.

• Tuesday 6-7:15 pm Wreningham Village Hall, Mill Lane,Wreningham NR16 1AN

I hope to start a new chair based yoga class on Tuesday daytime, to aid dexterity, co-ordination, strength and ability to stand. This shall be a small group suitable for older adults, Multiple Sclerosis, M.E. and those recovering from injuries.
