My Yoga journey began 14 years ago. I was looking for a physical practice but also to find peace and clarity after losing my son. Yoga delivered all of this and even more. Yoga has the power to transform lives, it is a physical, mental and emotional detox. Yoga can help you to heal past hurts and trauma.
I teach classes in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, at a beautiful (and very small) studio in the heart of the town. Classes tend to be around 6 students which is perfect for a friendly and comfortable setting. Age is no issue and neither is gender nor flexibility. One to one tuition is also available, either at the studio or at your home.
So, if you want to increase your strength and flexibility whilst energising your body and bringing you closer to who you truly are, if you feel that you are missing something - that your life needs more creativity, allow me to guide you on your very own Yoga journey.
