Online Yoga and fitness classes. When a lockdown is over online classes will continue.
'In-person' classes will be back as and when venues re-open and guidance allows.
Hatha, Vinyasa & gravity yoga. - covering mobility, strength and balance.
A variety of classes suitable for beginners, runners (other sports too), people that feel 'they aren't bendy' and people that feel that they just 'want a good workout' with the benefits of yoga (breathing. mindfulness, relaxation...)

I started yoga later in life - and regret that I never started sooner. I have two lots of spinal damage and was a cross-country runner and skier for years, I certainly don't fall into the 'naturally bendy' category.
