Online Yoga and fitness classes. When a lockdown is over online classes will continue.

'In-person' classes will be back as and when venues re-open and guidance allows.

Hatha, Vinyasa & gravity yoga. - covering mobility, strength and balance.

A variety of classes suitable for beginners, runners (other sports too), people that feel 'they aren't bendy' and people that feel that they just 'want a good workout' with the benefits of yoga (breathing. mindfulness, relaxation...)

If you feel completely unsure as to what would work best for you then get in touch and we'll discuss it.

I started yoga later in life - and regret that I never started sooner. I have two lots of spinal damage and was a cross-country runner and skier for years, I certainly don't fall into the 'naturally bendy' category.

My husband and I have taken part in Chris’s yoga classes for almost a year now, both in a village hall and more recently on line. Chris is an excellent instructor, not only is he knowledgeable but he explains the moves clearly. He is responsive to individual needs and develops sequences of sessions carefully to ensure progression. We would highly recommend Chris’s as an instructor.

Started with Yoga nearly a year ago. I take part in Masters Athletics and wanted to improve my flexibility and core strength. What a wise choice. Chris has been great at not only helping me achieve my goals but explaining things as we go along.. I took part in my National championships just before Lockdown and set a PB in my main event broke the North East record and was ranked 3rd in the world. Yoga was not the only factor but it certainly played a big part.

My husband and I have been attending Chris’s classes for nearly a year now, initially in our village hall but for the past few months they have been online.
Chris always presents excellent classes that challenge us all at the right level but remain fun to participate in.
Since having to move the classes online during lockdown he continues to provide concise and clear instructions during our practice that allow us to participate safely and provides good feedback to us throughout the class.
We both thoroughly recommend Chris and his Adapting Fitness yoga practices

My husband and I have been attending classes for a good while now. Prior to Chris’ classes we had both been doing yoga for a couple of years. Chris has a good sense of progression and strength building and I can feel that my ability to hold strength poses has certainly increased. It was great that he decided to continue classes during lockdown and I have really enjoyed the virtual sessions which have worked seamlessly! Recommend joining in from the comfort of your own living room
