Zen yoga integrates traditional yoga postures with other Eastern health and fitness philosophies to create a yoga practice which is accessible to people at all levels of Fitness. Zen yoga is a gentle but powerful way to improve flexibility, Stamina and whole body awareness as well as being an excellent way to de-stress.
