There are many different styles of yoga choose a style and teacher that you enjoy. Yoga should make you feel rejuvenated and good. Yoga joins the mind and body through control of the breath promoting self awareness. There are many more benefits to practising yoga, like improved posture, strengthening and stretching muscles and joints, promoting calmness and confidence. Through the practise of yoga you may find old aches and pains disappear as slowly you realign joints and rid yourself of bad habits that you have subconsciously learned over time.
