Description:

Friendly welcoming classes. Each class includes a short centring session with breath awareness, stretching and strengthening posture work, culminating in a breathing practice followed by relaxation. My aim is that you will walk out of class feeling better than when you walked in

Julie takes time to explain everything and once you have centred on your mat you feel as if you are the only person in the room and Julie is just looking after you. I look forward to working out with both stretching and breathing exercises and leaving the class relaxed and refreshed.

Every week I leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. With leadership and encouragement from Julie you work to level that is right for you. The different themes and posture work bring challenges and variety. It’s easy to forget there are others around once on your yoga mat you can indulge in an hour and a half just for you.

I look forward to my Yoga time with Julie every week.Julie’s teaching is so good explaining breathing practices ,& how to perform the postures to your own ability & gain the benefits .I am able to keep hearing her teaching through the week & hopefully bring it into my daily activities .

I have been practicing yoga for many years, in more recent times with Julie. Her warmth, friendliness and commitment to all those in her classes is what makes them so special to me. Julie has the ability to encourage all in her class, both the newer and more experienced, to work together by offering options within the postures. The breathing exercises and relaxation are a perfect combination for mind and body. It’s perfect for me and I really look forward to each session.

I look forward to Julie’s Yoga class every week. Julie creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all, whatever your age or ability and will tailor poses for people with different needs or restrictions. The physical and emotional benefits from her class are amazing.

I have enjoyed and benefited from attending Julie’s yoga classes for a number of years. Her classes are suitable for all abilities as she guides you through each posture and how it may be adapted to what you want to achieve in class. During each class we spend around an hour doing posture work which is followed by 30 minutes of breathing exercises and relaxation. I look forward to it every week!
