Yoga for You

Anne holds weekly classes in Brixworth and Little Harrowden. Private lessons are also available.
A typical lesson will include asanas, pranayama, mantra, meditation and relaxation in order to provide a comprehensive and balanced approach to the practice of yoga.
Students can choose to pay on a weekly basis or pay for a discounted block of lessons.
All levels of ability are catered for.
