Sally Brown Yoga

I am an accessible yoga teacher. I teach chair yoga, Hatha, Yin and Yoga Nidra. My classes include community yoga in disadvantaged areas, chair yoga for seniors and people with Parkinson's and neurodiverse yoga for people (like me) who are autistic. I am also carrying out PHD research into access to yoga for marginalised groups.

I completed my 200-hour teacher qualification with Yogacampus, London in 2018 and have trained with Norman Blair, Richard Freeman and Doug Keller. I am an Accessible Yoga Ambassador for the Accessible Yoga Network.

I run classes and 1-1 or small group sessions in Leeds and Northumberland. Please get in touch.
