At Akasha we have teamed up with some of the most experienced teachers in the Midlands covering many styles of yoga, including: Dru yoga and meditation, Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Fusion Flow, Hatha Vinyasa and Mindfulness Meditation. We also offer children and teenagers to start their yoga journey with specialised classes.
