Ashtanga  is a group led class that provides you with a stable foundation (of both asanas and theory) of the Primary Series; each posture has been carefully chosen and in a sequence to practice flexibility and strength. Each asana prepares you for the next.

This class is small and provides each student with individual attention and assistance. Adjustments are provided where required. Suitable for beginner and intermediate students. Advanced students are welcome to come and practice Mysore style Primary Series.
