About Libra Moon Yoga
New to yoga or wanting to return to a regular practice.
Come and join our friendly, community yoga classes in Gedling, Nottingham.
Each class is based around a theme introducing breath work techniques, yoga philosophy, a variety of pose modifications and finishing with a guided meditation to enable everyone to get the most from their practice.
I offer a flexible PAYG option so booking is essential.
