Fantastic class very professional teaching by Polly
Really friendly, but professional class. Polly is extremely attentive and tailors the poses to the individual’s needs so no one is left out. Great class for all abilities.
Really good classes with a professional tutor who explains everything clearly, shows you what you need to do and goes at a pace easy to follow. If you haven’t quite got the pose right then Polly will come over and help you out.
Polly is a fantastic instructor and makes sure that poses are aimed at everybody and gives alternatives for the different levels. I hadn’t been to a class for years and she made me feel welcome and at ease. Polly is very attentive to all participants and I would highly recommend her classes.
