I started Emma’s beginners class in September. I had done yoga at home but not attended classes and I wanted to get more guidance on postures as I wasn’t sure I was doing them properly. I now love Iyengar yoga because the use of props makes it inclusive for everyone, even if you have an injury, are stiff or have limited mobility in a joint. Emma gives very clear instruction and excels at meeting the needs of each student. She is also dedicated to improving her teaching. I look forward to the class every week.
