Gentle Hatha Yoga Classes suitable for beginners, through to those with some experience. 1 hour class. including breath work, asanas and relaxation.
I am currently doing my British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Course Level 4 for Yoga Teaching.
I have a background of working in the National Health Service for 30 years and been practising Yoga for over 15 years.
Single classes cost £8.00, and a 6-class pass costs £45.00.
One to one private classes also available on request.
