Feel Your Flow

Hi, my name is Emily and I run vinyasa yoga classes at the beautiful Freshfield Spa and Wellness Centre in Worksop on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The classes are small in size and perfect for all abilities so no need to worry if you have never done yoga before, beginners are more than welcome.

If you are feeling a little anxious about group classes, I am available for private 1-1 sessions which can be done from the comfort of your own home or at the spa in Worksop, the choice is yours and I work around you.
