My yoga is Iyengar inspired and all about strengthening, flexing and toning your whole body, as well as a focus on our breathing practice to bring you to complete harmony, balance and peace, both mind and body. Props are provided, foam blocks, bricks and straps to help deepen in postures.
My classes run in blocks of 5-7 weeks and I also offer 1:1 sessions and group party bookings.
