Core-essence-yoga

Core-Essence-Yoga is not a yoga style in itself but an amalgamation of all the different yoga styles I have experienced through the years and taken to my own “Core “. I say this literally as well as figuratively, as i believe that all movement in yoga and in life comes from the core, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. We need a strong core to perform our yoga postures and we need strong core beliefs to carry us through life and it is not a surprise to learn that one will have a direct impact upon the other.
