Whether your are a complete beginner, returning to your practice or wanting more of a challenge one of my classes will have something to offer you. Suitable for men, women, all shapes, ages and abilities you will receive a warm welcome and have fun.

Essentially I love to share the pleasure that yoga gives me with others!

Tuesday evenings @ Didcot Town Football Club

All levels – 6pm

Thursday evenings @ Didcot Town Football Club

Beginners – 6:15pm

Power/Fitness Yoga – 7:30pm

Friday morning Milton Park, Innovation Centre

All levels – 7:30am
