About Energise with Laura
Energise with Laura provides a DDP YOGA level 1 and 2 workout which is a unique workout program that is designed to help rebuild bodies and support weight loss. The workout combines the best of yoga positions, sports rehab therapy, old school calisthenics and dynamic resistance to give you a full body workout which will have you building strength, increasing your flexibility and at the same time leaving you feeling energised and improving your cardio fitness.
Also available:
1-1 sessions or private group sessions for your family and friends. I offer private sessions from 30 minutes to 1 hour, get in touch with me to find out more!
Corporate yoga packages also available via zoom.

Laura is an excellent and lovely yoga teacher. At 61 I had never tried yoga so wanted clear guidance. Laura pitches the class at the right level to improve ability and confidence; she regularly changes the content to ensure continued development. I can do so much more now that previously I could barely attempt! My goals were to tone, build strength and improve balance and I am achieving these with Laura’s help and guidance. Laura is always professional, client focused and fun!
