About Kirsty Stewart Yoga
My yoga classes are friendly and relaxed, and are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Everyone is welcome, no matter your level of experience.
A Typical Class
A typical class starts off gently with a few minutes of meditation, some pranayama (breathing exercises) then a sequence of postures and ends with some relaxation 🙂
I currently teach the following classes:
Tuesday: 18:30-19:30 Vinyasa Flow Yoga @ Sherwood Greenlaw Church, Glasgow Road, Paisley and livestreamed via zoom
Saturday: 10:40-11:25 Vinyasa Flow @The Lagoon Leisure Centre, Paisley
The classses at the Lagoon are free to Renfrewshire Leisure Members and are £5.95 for non members.
The class at Sherwood Greenlaw Church £6.50 per class and can be booked here https://bookwhen.com/kirstystewartyoga.
