Shropshire based Sound in Health aims to bring enjoyment and benefit to all by offering yoga classes and one to one coaching, therapies, relaxation, workshops and retreats involving many holistic and therapeutic activities in various locations nationally and internationally. Sound in Health also offers personal development activities and techniques for health and vitality.

Bhanu is a fully qualified Integral yoga teacher and also a sound therapist, actively involved in yoga for 11 years and sound therapy for 9 years.

Classes are based in Shropshire at Ellesmere Town Hall Fridays 10am till 11.30 and Whitchurch Civic Centre Wednesdays 6pm till 7.30.

Classes consist of Hatha yoga, deep relaxation, Pranayama (breathing technique practice), a little chanting and meditation.

Costs for classes are £8 drop in at Ellesmere and £8 booked in a block format at Whitchurch, based on 5, 6 or 7 week blocks to match school term dates.

Bhanu is also pleased to offer therapeutic canal boat retreats, in conjunction with Karma Waters canal narrow boats, cruising along the Llangollen canal whilst enjoying meditation, relaxation and mindfulness through the picturesque countryside and through the 11 mile World Heritage site including two aqueducts at Chirk and Pontcysyllte. These retreats can be tailored to suit your needs and may include outdoor yoga and qi gong activities (weather permitting).

Sound in health also offer sound bath and gong bath experiences on a monthly basis at Welshampton Parish Hall at Welshampton (Shropshire). Cost per session is £10.
