A typical class with Lynne includes a breathing practice, a series of yoga exercises and relaxation. Lynne is British Wheel of Yoga trained and has been teaching classes in Telford for several years. Lynne has an enhanced DBS, Child Protection and Adult Safe-guard training. Training with the British Wheel of Yoga is updated regularly. Lynne has completed the BWY additional training module:' Working Therapeutically with Cancer Patients' . Lynne has also trained to teach chair yoga and Yoga with Qigong
Lynne also teaches private and corporate lessons. Information on request.

Location Information
Classes are held in the Committee Room (through the library) at Wellington Leisure Centre
Zoom classes are also taught.
Opening Times
Mondays 7 - 8.30 pm Intermediate/mixed ability in the Commitee Room, via Wellington Library
Wednesdays 7 -8 pm Beginners/mixed ability in the Committee Room, via Wellington Library
Tuesday Mornings 10- 11 am gentle mixed ability suitable for beginners in the Committee Room via Wellington Library
Thursdays 7 -8 pm Online Zoom class
