Yoga is suitable for people of different ages and abilities. It offers not only the benefits of physical exercise such as increased strength, flexibility and balance but also improved mental health by reducing stress and anxiety. A typical class with Lynne includes a breathing practice, a series of yoga exercises and relaxation. Lynne has been practising yoga since her teens. She is British Wheel of Yoga trained and has been teaching classes for adults and children in Telford for several years. Training with the British Wheel of Yoga is updated regularly. Lynne has an enhanced DBS, Child Protection training and Adult Safe-guard training and is able to accommodate children over 13 in some classes.
