We booked Sandhya for an outdoor yoga session at a hen party. She came to our self-catering accomodation to run the session. There were around 15 of us, with yoga experience ranging from complete beginners to those who had practised for years.
The session was appropriately informal and great fun. We did paired yoga, which was good for breaking the ice, and something a bit different/new to everyone.
Sandhya was professional in every way, and I would really recommend her as an instructor. Her rates are also by far the best value that I could find!
Yoga has helped me centre myself and keep calm, ready for my wedding.
Sandhya came to our rented house to run an hours yoga session in the garden.
It was a lovely class and catered for all levels of experience really well. Such a fun activity for a hen party! I would definitely recommend Sandhya as she was professional and really good fun. The whole thing ran very smoothly.
I was organising a yoga class for a hen party and needed something that would cater to all levels and needs e.g. pregnancies. Sandhya was incredibly helpful with pitching the class level and securing a hall close to our hotel for this class. We opted to do the partner yoga class which was different from what anyone had done before and was incredibly fun. We all started the day feeling fresh, alert and helped us bond as a group. Sandhya had very really reasonable rates and I would highly recommend her to all my friends.

It also provided a lot of chances for a lot laughter. You went above and beyond to help us organise, even up to the last minute location find. The relaxing session was a great end to the hen weekend. We used Sandhya for my sister’s hen do – she was great! The yoga was great fun and suitable for any (or no!) level of yoga experience. It was really enjoyable for the whole group and we had a good laugh, a great stretch and some lovely relaxation! I would definitely recommend!
Sandhya ran an outdoors yoga class for my sisters hen do. She stuck it out come rain and shine! She catered for everyone’s needs – beginners, experts, pregnant ladies! The smoothies she gave us afterwards also went down very well with everyone post yoga!

Bruni came to a house we rented for my friends hen do and we did fun yoga, it was great! It was such a laugh and the bride loved it too, I would highly recommend a bit of fun yoga as an activity whatever the occasion and I’d definitely look to do it again

I booked Sandhya for our first hen do activity on the Saturday morning, and we all absolutely loved it! A group of 15 women with different interests and different ages yet everyone was able to get involved and have a laugh. It involved a good mix of yoga, team activities and relaxation.
