Hatha yoga for mind, body and soul. Classes for beginners to intermediate that incorporates breathing techniques, posture work (asana), concentration and meditation techniques and relaxation. Also may include some chanting (mantra), mudra and bandha.
I am also a trained holistic therapist so my classes may have a therapeutic element such as use of aromatherapy and reflexology.
Thursdays 11.30-12.30 at Fox King Dance school, Bridgwater. Gentle, suitable for beginners.
Thursdays 7.30-8.45 at Bridgwater Arts centre.
