About Mellow yoga and wellbeing. Mel Blackshaw.
Yoga for wellbeing of body, mind and soul. Moving with the cycles of nature, the seasons and elements and incorporate breathing techniques, posture work (asana), concentration and meditation techniques and relaxation, using singing bowls, or guided visualisations.
As well as general classes I also offer one to one sessions for women's wellbeing yoga and pregnancy yoga.
I am also trained in Teen yoga and mindfulness, so if you would like yoga sessions for your young people, youth groups, school or other settings please get in touch.
If you would like a pregnancy yoga group class please ask as these are dependent on numbers.
As well as a yoga teacher I am a trained holistic therapist so my classes may have a therapeutic element of self care techniques such as use of aromatherapy and reflexology.
