pregnancy, active , hypno birthing with Yoga workshop Taunton Somerset

This is a workshop for expecting moms from 20weeks onwards, can be taken as a one off or repeated any number of times during pregnancy.

Lasting for 2hrs, consisting of Yoga asana for hip opening and shoulder strenghening, pelvic floor awareness, positions for birthing, proper breathing during labour, relaxation with visualizations.

Will take place in Staplegrove community centre Taunton.

Cost: £25 for group partisipation, £35 for a 1-2-1 tuition in the comfort of your own home.
