Yulia’s Yoga

I have studied the practices and philosophy of Hatha yoga in Russia, India and the UK for some years.
Hatha yoga shares the same ancestry as other exercise regimes such as tai chi and kung fu.
Yoga is a big part of my life and I carry this into the class environment. My body is my temple and I treat it with the utmost respect. I constantly move towards new horizons in my personal quest for Mind, Body and Spiritual development.
I teach a class closely related to the origins of Yoga, focused on a Holistic development of the being. I have a team of professional therapists that assists in the body balance of the student ranging from Massage to Chiropractic practices. Meditation, Healing therapies and spiritual counselling are also available as a service from Yulia’s Yoga. Beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners are welcome.
