Thursday mornings, 09:15-10:15 (Whiston Parish Hall, Well Lane, S60 4HX).

Saturday mornings, 10:00-11:00 (St. Cuthbert's Church Hall, S60 4BW).

Sundays, 09:45-10:45 (Online - Zoom).

ALL CLASSES/VENUES:-

£7.00 (pay-as-you-go).

£5.00 (for ONLINE/RECORDED classes).

Suitable for beginners.

Men and Women welcome.

No need to book.

Yoga includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures (‘asanas’) which target the deep muscles of the back, abdomen, hips, legs and buttocks, in order to strengthen and lengthen tight, weak areas and in turn improve flexibility and postural alignment.
