The style of Yoga we teach is a Classical Yoga system which incorporates a wide range of practices from ancient and traditional sources and makes them relevant for modern living.
Classes include asana (posture work), pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) and Meditation in order to bring a state of balance to the body and mind.
We teach beginner & intermediate level Yoga classes, Yoga & Meditation, Yoga for Pregnancy classes as well as Mother & Baby Yoga.
We run Sheffield Yoga Days, bringing some of the best teachers from the UK and beyond to Sheffield.
The days are every month.
We also hold residential weekend retreats and courses with highly respected tutors, giving an opportunity to go deeper into your Yoga practice.
