Price:  £7 for drop-in class or £24 for a block of 4 classes

A gentle rejuvenating yet strengthening flowing yoga practice, that links traditional yoga postures dynamically, with breath, awareness & integrity.Taught in a friendly, mindful & compassionate environment.
This yoga class is suitable for all levels.
