Oliver Ricote Yoga Teacher / Ayurvedic Yoga massage therapist

Oliver is a graduate of the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School and World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh India.

He also completed his training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage with the ARYM Institute Mysore India. This massage focusses on full body deep tissue work combined with deep assisted yogic stretching and breathwork.

Oliver Specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation as well as Movement and Yoga therapy.

He regularly teaches classes in Bury st Edmunds Suffolk he also leads Seminars and Workshops in Suffolk and its surrounding areas.

Oliver also conducts Private sessions on a 1-1 basis as well as with couples.

He also makes house visits for both private tuition and massage.
