Qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2000 and beginning my teaching in and around London I moved to suffolk and began teaching as a Hatha Yoga teacher, I always had a passion to develop a more dynamic style of teaching but at the time there was not much of this in Suffolk. I gained qualifications in Ashtanga and Dynamic flow and have since grown in my teaching. I spend many hours on my own mat putting together flows that challenge but enhance the body inside and outside. I am a great believer of \’core strong\’ bodies and this comes across in my teaching, but I can adapt all my classess to suit every body on their mat in front of me. Yoga is my love, my life, and lastly my job, and if I can transfer that love, passion and confidence to my students I am doing my job!
