About Yoga for All
Yoga classes and 1:1 yoga for people of all ages and abilities. I am qualified as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and have extra qualifications in teaching yoga for lower back pain and in teaching Yoga Nidra (relaxation). Looking to set up new classes for people with lower back pain.
