Yoga and Mindfulness Classes are in Snape Village Hall - Thursdays and Fridays at 10 am. All welcome! £7.50 if you sign up for the term, or £9 for drop-in students.

Learn to relax away tensions and worry, and increase your inner strength and resilience so you can deal with the stresses and strains of 21st life with ease. You will become fitter, happier and empowered. It's a great de-toxer too. The first 15 minutes is dedicated to Mindfulness Practice, breathing, and focused relaxation, and at the end of the class there is another 20 minute powerful relaxation and guided visualisation session. A recent comment from a student, Julie: 'The classes have changed my life. I'm getting so much out of it, and benefiting on many different levels, including my weight. I'm particularly enjoying the meditations - it's a whole new world!'.
