Yoga and Mindfulness Classes via Zoom

Problems, stressed, worried, high levels of anxiety? You’re not alone!
Learn to relax away tensions and worry, and increase your inner strength and resilience so you can deal with the stresses and strains of 21st life with ease. You will become fitter, happier and empowered. It’s a great de-toxer too. The first 15 minutes is dedicated to Mindfulness Practice, breathing, and focused relaxation, and at the end of the class there is another 20 minute powerful relaxation and guided visualisation session. A recent comment from a student, Julie: ‘The classes have changed my life. I’m getting so much out of it, and benefiting on many different levels, including my weight. I’m particularly enjoying the meditations – it’s a whole new world!’.

I love Debra’s classes at Sudbourne Village Hall. It is great being with like minded people working with body and mind together. Debra’s guidance and instruction is excellent. She is both professional and caring. I would recommend the classes to the young, and to the not quite so young. I am 60yrs old.

I am finding the classes very rewarding, as a mother of two young children I wish I had started this years ago! What a wonderful way to relax and have some me time!
Debra has a wealth of knowledge, she is a wonderful teacher and such a bright happy lady it is a pleasure to attend her class.

Thoroughly enjoying the classes – lovely calm atmosphere. Debra is good at talking us through and explaining what we are doing. It is a good workout both mentally and physically.

I find the class is perfect for me. There’s plenty of relaxation which I did not find in a pilates class. Debra has a lovely voice to listen to and I find the level of exercise just right for me. Sometimes a bit challenging but it is most important to keep my posture under control

I had never done yoga before joining Debra’s class last year, I can honestly say it has changed my life, I feel fitter, more relaxed and focused, I would recommend Debra’ classes wholeheartedly!
