I am an experienced yoga teacher, with dedicated beginners classes. Yoga for pregnancy and post-natal baby yoga. I also teach mixed ability classes for all levels from beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. For those wishing to study yoga further and learn about all aspects of yoga there is also a Foundation Course. I hold annual retreats in Lyme Regis, Dorset. Once a month on a Saturday I lead a long restorative session, where postures are fully supported. They open the body and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. For full details see website.
