Her yoga teaching is about injury prevention, injury recovery and building from a foundation of balanced strength and flexibility.
Cathy's classes are dynamic and challenging, but paced to suit all abilities. Everyone will find their edge in Cathy's classes: Whether you are an experienced yogi looking for something new, a beginner just setting off on your practice, or a sports person looking to develop your range of motion and core strength. Every class ends with a super relaxation sessions based on mindfulness and mediation techniques, so if you are just looking for a bit of head space then these classes are for you!
Cathy teaches from The Studio at Durham House Chiropractic clinic in Farnham, where she runs a range of classes including Yoga for Beginners, Hatha Flow, Sports yoga for runners, cyclists and tennis players, and also a specialised foam roller class for myofascial release.
