YogaMums is all about helping mums of any age with classes designed for women, both pre and post natally. Post natal can be many many years after birth! I am a mum of 3 young children and know first hand the stresses and strains of every day motherhood. We need to look after ourselves not just for our own mental and physical health, but also for our families. I specialise in helping women strengthen core stabilising muscles, re-build a healthy pelvic floor, sort out posture, learn to breathe properly plus all the other wonderful tools that a tailored yoga practice can bring: balance, calm, deep relaxation, flexibility and overall physical strength.
I am currently running two yoga classes on Thursdays and Fridays in central Farnham (near Waitrose) and am starting a Sunday pre natal class soon. I have also taught many years of mums and bubs and Kids Yoga, so get in touch if you are interested in these classes starting up here.
