Dawn is a health & well-being professional who loves to do yoga and also loves to pass on her knowledge to others. She runs classes at the Trinity Centre in Central Guildford as well as covering classes at the Red Hot yoga and pilates studio in Guildford.
Her classes are about getting to know your own body through the poses, what it needs, what it craves, where it may be suffering in silence and how to listen carefully to everything it tells you about yourself in all areas of life. She believes that our bodies provide a mass of information to guide us effectively through our lives if we take the time to listen and respond appropriately. She includes a restorative relaxation at the end of all her classes so you go away feeling restored as well as having worked on your strength, flexibility and balance.
Dawn is also a psychotherapist, business & personal coach and artist. She believes that to maintain our own health and well-being, we all need to actively and mindfully take care of our mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Then we can all thrive rather than merely survive.
Dawn welcomes beginners as well as those already familiar with yoga. Dawn also offers one-to-ones.
