As a keen cyclist, runner and footballer I decided to try Pip Yoga to help with recovery and pains. Her lessons were brilliant and she has helped increase my flexibility, my rate of recovery and reduced overall pain and injury. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, and her yoga is at a pace that really allows you to get the maximum benefits. Loved it! Pip has a wonderful holistic approach to teaching but also challenges you (my body was put In positions I would have never believed possible) at a level that you can cope with. A breath of fresh air!!
