I have been practicing yoga now for 20 years and now teach around 12 classes a week. I am Yoga Alliance registered and have around 400 hours teacher training experience.  I teach a number of classes from home for up to 5 people and also teach in gyms and halls. My main style is Vinyasa Flow  but also teach Hatha,  Yin, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Yoga Nidra.  I currently run only one drop-in class on a  Wednesday in Reigate 11-12am, my other classes are courses or 1:1 classes.  I also hold 3 hours Workshops every couple of months for up to 40 people, which seem to be hugely popular.
